The Club

We are based in the parish of Cumnor on the west side of Oxford.  We have around 180 members, united in a love for gardens and gardening.  We organise Spring and Autumn Shows each year, usually in Cumnor Village Hall.  We have three or four day visits to gardens each year.  Some years we have a 5-day tour to visit gardens further afield, and other years we host open gardens around Cumnor.  There are usually three social meetings a year with a speaker, as well as an AGM each March, also with a speaker. For a summary of our plans for the current year, please see CGC Programme 2020.

New members are always very welcome, irrespective of knowledge or expertise in gardening; for more information on how to join, please get in touch via the Contacts page.

NEXT MAIN EVENT: TALK AND AGM

Cumnor Village Hall, Monday 2nd March 2020 at 7.30pm.  Dr Hazel Roberts will speak about growing food so as not to have gluts of fruit and vegetables. This will be followed by our AGM.
